  • 1. Where do you ship, how much is shipping and what is the warranty?

    We ship globally so how fast your order arrives depends on where you're located. See below for a guide to shipping times and costs.

    USA, Canada, UK, EU, New Zealand

    • Standard  - 7-12 business days - FREE

    • Expedited- 4-8 business days - $9.95

    • Priority - 2-5 business days - $12.95


    Rest of World

    • Standard (Tracked) - 15-21 business days - $12

    • Express (Tracked) - 7-14 business days - $15


    Warranty

    All our products come with a 12-month warranty. If your product is faulty or you are unhappy with your item, reach out to our team and we will replace the product, arrange a refund or provide store credit.


  • 2. What patch should I buy?

    We offer a range of patches for the following CGM Models:

    • Our G6 patch is designed to go around with the Dexcom G6 sensor.
    • Our Freestyle Libre patch goes around Libre Freestyle sensor.
    • Our Guardian/G7/Libre patch works with the Freestyle Libre, Medtronic Guardian and Medtronic Enlite Sensors. This goes over the monitor, providing greater protection.

     

  • 3. How do I put the patches on?

    Before you apply the patch, first ensure skin is free of irritation, cuts, scrapes or burns, clean and dry, wiping off any excessive moisture. 

    To apply:

    1. Tear backing paper slightly to expose adhesive.
    2. Peel off backing paper.
    3. Place patch on top of sensor and press down

  • 4. How long to the patches last?

    The patches last up to 14 days, depending on use. Although they are waterproof, prolonged exposure to moisture can reduce the effectiveness of the adhesive and cause the patch to deteriorate quicker than expected. 

  • 5. Can I wear them in the shower/get the patch wet?

    Our patches are waterproof and sweat-resistant; however, exposure to water for a long time may reduce the effectiveness of the adhesive. 

  • 6. What are the patches made from?

    The patches are made from a blend of Cotton and Spandex for comfort and elasticity.
