📦 US Shipping

Most US orders ship from within the US through our fulfillment partner.

• Free Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days, $9.95
• Tracking: we'll email you tracking details once your order ships

Occasionally, if an item is out of stock in the US, it ships from our Australian warehouse and may take up to 2–3 weeks. We'll let you know by email if that happens.

🌍 International Shipping

International orders ship from Australia.

• Economy (tracked): 6–18 business days, US$9.95
• Express (DHL tracked): 7–14 business days, US$14.95
• New Zealand: Standard 6–15 business days (NZ$9.95) or Expedited 4–7 business days (NZ$14.95)
• Duties & taxes: any import duties or taxes are paid by the customer in their country

🔧 Faulty Products (12-Month Warranty)

• All Glucology products are covered for manufacturing defects
• No cost to you: if we need the item back, we cover return shipping
• Wrong item sent? We'll fix it at our cost

💭 Change of Mind (30 Days)

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

• Refund or exchange, including a different size, color or style
• Price differences are refunded or charged on exchanges
• Return shipping is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can make sure your return reaches the right place.

⏱️ Refunds

• Once your return arrives, we check it and process your refund
• Refunds go back to your original payment method
• Your bank may take a few business days to show the credit
• Original shipping isn't refunded unless the return is due to our error

❌ Not Returnable for Change of Mind

For health and hygiene reasons, we can't accept change-of-mind returns on:

• Opened Glucochews tubes
• Used or opened CGM Sensor Shields
• Worn socks or other used personal-care items
• Sale items marked "Final Sale"

This doesn't affect our 12-month warranty on faulty products.
