3. Be Kind to Yourself
Managing T1D is a learning curve. It’s not always going to be perfect, and that’s okay. Be patient and give yourself grace.
4. Blood Sugar Fluctuations Are Normal
Highs and lows are a natural part of the process. Learning how to navigate them takes time, and it’s okay when things aren’t perfect.
5. Your Life Doesn’t Have to Change
