      Pen Needle Pocket Container

Discreet, pocket-size disposal for used pen needles

Most sharps containers are bulky, bright yellow and hard to carry. The Glucology Pen Needle Pocket Container uses a twist-off design: screw your pen needle into the opening, twist, and the needle is removed and stored inside – without you handling it. It's small enough for a pocket or purse. Available in packs of 3, 6, 12 or 24.

      How to Use
      1. Slide to open – slide the top to reveal the twist-off opening.
      2. Remove the outer cap from your pen needle and throw the cap away with regular trash.
      3. Insert and twist – screw the needle into the opening and twist to release it inside the container.
      4. Slide to lock – when the container is about three-quarters full, slide it to lock permanently, then dispose of it according to your local rules.
      Your Questions Answered

Q: How does the twist-off design help?
A: Instead of pulling a used needle off your pen by hand, you screw it into the container and twist. The needle stays inside, so you don't need to touch it – handy if you have reduced dexterity or are on the go.

Q: Can I take it on a plane?
A: Yes – it's compact and easy to pack in your carry-on. Check current TSA guidance before you fly.

Q: When should I replace it?
A: When it's about three-quarters full. How long that takes depends on how often you inject – daily insulin users will replace it more often than weekly GLP-1 users.

Q: How do I dispose of a full container?
A: Slide it to lock, then follow your state or local rules. Many US pharmacies and community programs accept sharps containers.
