Change of mind (30 days)
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping isn't refunded unless the return is due to our error.
Not returnable for change of mind
For health and hygiene reasons, we can't accept change-of-mind returns on opened Glucochews tubes, used or opened CGM Sensor Shields, worn socks or other used personal-care items, or items marked "Final Sale".
Faulty or incorrect items (12-month warranty)
Every Glucology product is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from purchase. Email us your order number and a photo or short video of the issue, and we'll replace the item or refund you. If we need the item back, we cover return shipping. If we sent the wrong item, we'll fix it at our cost.
How to start a return
Email cs@glucology.store with your order number. We'll send you return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before sending anything back so your return reaches the right place.
Refunds and exchanges
Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll refund your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show the credit. On exchanges, any price difference is refunded or charged.
