      • Small: 18″–22″ (46–56 cm) – kids and teens
      • Medium: 22″–29″ (56–76 cm) – teens and adults
      • Large: 29″–48″ (76–122 cm) – most adults
      • X-Large: 48″–54″ (122–137 cm) – larger waists or a relaxed fit

How to Wear Your Pump Belt
      1. Put it on – step into the belt and slide it up to your natural waist. You should be able to fit one finger between the belt and your body.
      2. Position the mesh window – face it outward so you can see and use your pump without removing the belt.
      3. Insert your pump – slide it into the wide opening.
      4. Secure it – pull the adjustable fabric strip over the top so your pump stays put. It should feel snug, not compressed.

For sleep: consider sizing up and wearing the belt a little lower on your hips. For comfort: put it on over clean, dry skin, and if you notice any irritation, take it off and give your skin a break.

      Care

Hand wash with mild soap in lukewarm water and air dry. Don't bleach, dry clean, iron or use harsh chemicals. With proper care, the belt keeps its stretch for 12–18 months of everyday wear.
