Preparation time: 10 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 2.5 cups rolled oats
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • ¼ cup linseeds
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • ½ cup almonds
  • ½ cup sultanas
  • ¼ cup dried apricots, chopped


Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in airtight container.
  2. Serve with low-fat milk, plant milk and/or natural yoghurt.
