🍫 Chocolate Raspberry Cups ❤️

Makes 9 cups Carb info: about 9g per cup. Ingredients: - 120g (4 oz) dark chocolate (70%) - 90g (3/4 cup) raspberries (frozen or fresh) - 50g (1/4 cup) almond butter - 1 teaspoon coconut oil - A pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

1. Combine coconut oil and dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, melting until smooth.

2. Layer melted chocolate into silicone molds or an ice tray, adding almond butter and raspberries, then top with more chocolate evenly across 9 molds.

3. Finish with a sprinkle of sea salt and refrigerate until firm.
