Order 1 size smaller than you think you need the material stretches and will sag uncomfortably if you do not. It's machine washable, comfortable to wear and invisible to everyone. I find this much better than a belt clip because I do not bump into things with it ever. Also it more securely hides the insulin hoses. I have 2 so I can wash one while using the other.

This is perfect. Now i have a place for my pump thats not my waistband. Materisl is really soft. Theres a flap inside to hold my pump securly. I have s twiist pump and it fits. Im happy
