Now that Warren has walked us through the day that changed his life to how he processed and accepted his diagnosis, this episode shares a transparent insight into just how much diabetes actually impacted his day-to-day life moving forward, and the tips he can share with you to assist you on your journey. Some of the events Warren went through included trying to understand the ups and downs of the daily glucose monitoring, educating himself on food and diet, and making slight small changes when he went out in order to take control of his diabetes and not let it dictate his life too much.
The impact diabetes had on Warren's daily life taught him how our health is important, you controlling your health is really really important, and that life is what you make of it.
