All our products come with a 12-month warranty. If your product is faulty or you are unhappy with your item, reach out to our team and we will replace the product, arrange a refund or provide store credit.
2. How do I use the lancing device?
1. Twist off the depth selector (top) and insert the lancet into the lancet holder.
2. Replace the top and select skin penetration depth. The higher the number the deeper the lancet will penetrate into the skin.
3. Pull the launcher to load the lancing device.
4. Place the lancing device firmly against the sample site and press the release button to launch the lancet.
3. Which depth setting should I use?
Our lancing device has 9-depth settings for pricking all types of skin. We recommended starting at 1 and gradually increasing depth until a comfortable prick is achieved.
4. Which lancets/lancing devices are Glucology Lancets and Lancing Device compatible with?
Our Lancing device is compatible with most twist-top universal lancets, while our 30g twist-top lancets are designed to be universally compatible with most lancing devices.
5. How frequently should I change lancets?
We recommend using each lancet only once. Changing lancets after every use can minimise pain as lancets become dull and painful when reused.
6. Do lancets expire?
Our lancets are gamma sterilised and electropolished ensuring sterility and longer shelf life- expiry can be found at the bottom of each package.
7. What are the dimensions of the Lancing Device?
The lancing device is 4.2 inch x 0.7 inch (10.6cm x 1.8cm)
